OUR TEAM
Our Support Workers
At Social Living Solutions we have a policy of employing neurodivergent individuals who share our vision and values. Every person in our teams is not only a trained professional but also an empathetic ally, who understands firsthand the experiences and needs of the individuals they support.
They embrace our commitment to building inclusive communities where neurodivergent individuals not only thrive but lead fulfilling lives and are guided by our foundational values
Empowerment
We believe in empowering individuals to take control of their lives and destinies. Through personalised support and guidance, we help individuals discover their strengths and capabilities, enabling them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Strength-Based Support
Our support is centred around recognising and building upon the unique strengths and talents of each individual. By focusing on what individuals excel at, rather than their limitations, we create opportunities for growth, confidence, and success.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
We are committed to staying at the forefront of innovative approaches to support and inclusion. Through ongoing research, collaboration, and learning, we continuously refine our methods to better meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
Embracing Diversity and Difference
Diversity is our strength, and we celebrate the richness of experiences, perspectives, and abilities within our community. We believe that embracing differences builds understanding, respect, and a sense of belonging for all.
Positive Mindset
A positive outlook is transformative. We approach each day with optimism, resilience, and a belief in the potential of every individual. By cultivating a positive mindset, we create an environment where possibilities abound and challenges are viewed as opportunities for growth.

“Just wanted to share that whatever Caprice has been doing with xxxx is paying off! Today, I got a call from xxxx while I was at work, and he had decided to make apple crumble from scratch since I didn’t make it last night. I didn’t have any faith he could do it, to be honest, and was worried he might burn or cut himself. But he looked up an online tutorial and followed it, called me a few times with questions… and voila!”
Outside of work, Caprice enjoys playing and refereeing competitive netball, reading fiction, crime, and classic literature, and spending time cooking and creating art. Her creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm help her connect with families in meaningful and lasting ways.
